Do you use Windows? You can install the "beta" version, it can fix the problem or use the option "Settings - On start...
    - Delay first connection" and put 10000 (10 seconds...
    I think ...
    or more).
You don't need to search users every 300s...
The new beta has a better management of the network...

Hello Tony! I have checked the source code and I can edit title (BeeBEEP), message (New message from...) and icon.
I think that beebeep.exe is something added by Windows System, or this is the way Qt library manages it.

Hello Rivai, thank you very much for your feedback.
Yes, you are right, the embedded audio player in BeeBEEP is in BETA...
For now, you can go in Settings menu - Voice messages and "uncheck" the option to use BeeBEEP player.
In this way, BeeBEEP opens voice message with your favorite "music player"...

Hi! The most valuable way to do this is with a VPN.
If your office has a VPN and from your locations you use it, it can be easy to configure BeeBEEP.
You have to know and tell to BeeBEEP in which IP addresses range it must looking for users.

Highlight important messages on chats: yes it can be done easaly.
Able to delete individual message: I'm thinking about it.
The messages are showed as document and they are stored in memory as "individual message".
So what you see is not what see BeeBEEP.

Usually this happens due to Firewall blocks incoming connections.
BeeBEEP has 2 ways to "add users": 1) User tries to connect to you 2) You try to connect to users In the case number 1, your Firewall can block connection.
In case number 2 the User's firewall can block it.
